The Intuitive Deep Delve is a private sixty-minute session in which Isabell draws on ten years of intuitive practice to go directly to the root of what is present for you right now. A clear, honest, deeply attuned reading of your energetic and emotional landscape — followed by spiritual guidance on what your soul is asking you to move toward, release, or understand.

Bach flower + Hypnotherapy + Intuitive Guidance

Before your session you will complete The Remedy Portrait — a specialized Bach flower Therapy quiz — uniquely designed for Root & Remember clientele — that reveals the specific emotional patterns present in your life right now. In the session we explore your results together, identify your core remedies, and close with a fifteen-minute hypnotherapy practice to help your body receive and integrate the remedies at a felt, embodied level.

Within twenty-four hours you will receive a personal letter and intuitive reading — drawing on your Remedy Portrait and seven years of intuitive practice — naming what the flowers revealed, what is ready to shift in your life, and the next steps your soul is asking you to take.

Past Life Regression

Past Life Regression is a deep hypnotherapy journey that takes you beneath the conscious mind — into the soul's previous experiences — to uncover the root causes of present-life fears, relationship patterns, physical sensations, and unexplained longings that have resisted every other form of healing.

You do not need to believe in past lives for this work to be profoundly effective. What you need is a willingness to go deep — and a guide who knows how to hold you there safely.

What to expect: A gentle hypnotic induction. A journey into one or more past life experiences relevant to your present circumstances. A return and integration. A session recording sent within 24 hours.

Isabell Serafin Krause is a certified hypnotherapist, practicing intuitive, and a Bach flower Therapy practitioner. She studied hypnotherapy at the ICCHP (International College of Clinical Hypnosis Practitioners, UK) and holds certifications in cognitive behaviour therapy, counseling and psychotherapy. Isabell is a member of the IAOTH (International Association of Therapists, Cobh, Ireland) and the CTAA (Complementary Therapists Accredited Association, London, England). She is a published author who holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing from Goddard College, Vermont — and brings the same attentiveness to language and story into everything she does with clients.

Isabell is the founder of Writing Wounds into Grace — a course for women writers that weaves hypnotherapy, guided meditation, and the literary philosophy of Hélène Cixous.
